SPECIAL ALERT: FCRHA Seeks to Enter PPEA Partnership for Autumn Willow Senior Housing Development​

The Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) has released a request for proposals to design, develop, construct, own and operate an affordable senior independent living residential community pursuant to a long-term, nominal fee ground lease from the FCRHA. This public-private-partnership project will consist of no more than 150 affordable units for adults ages 62 years and older with low to moderate incomes. The nearly 11-acre parcel for the development is located north of Lee Highway, east of Stringfellow Road, south of and fronting Autumn Willow Drive in Centreville.​


The Request for Proposals will close at 2 p.m. on Thursday, February 27, 2020. The complete application and supporting documents are available online. Scroll down to the "PPEA-Autumn Willow Senior Housing" solicitation.

An optional Pre-proposal conference will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, January 6, 2020, at the Fairfax County Government Center (12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax), in conference rooms 9/10.
