On March 18, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing in the Board Auditorium of the Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, Virginia 22035 to consider proposed revisions to the Workforce Dwelling Unit (WDU) Administrative Guidelines. The Administrative Guidelines provide information on the implementation of the county’s WDU Policy and address issues such as the integration of WDUs within a housing development; technical requirements; WDU sale, resale and rental requirements; and more. The proposed revisions to the Administrative Guidelines incorporate the recently adopted WDU Policy changes and would replace the current guidelines. At the public hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to express their views regarding the application. Those wishing to testify may do so in person, via phone, or pre-recorded video. In addition, written testimony and other submissions will be received by mail at 12000 Government Center Parkway, Suite 552, Fairfax, 22035 or by email at ClerktotheBOS@fairfaxcounty.gov.
