The Fairfax County Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) is seeking sealed proposals from non-profit organizations to serve as an implementation partner for the Manufactured (Mobile) Home Repair Program. This program aims to assist eligible households in Fairfax County by providing home repair and renovation services for manufactured (mobile) homes to ensure safe and livable homes. The program will focus on Harmony Place Trailer Park, along the Richmond Highway Corridor, but may be expanded in the future.
