The Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) re-elected its chair and vice chair at its annual meeting on July 18.
Lenore Stanton will remain as Chair, and Elisabeth Lardner as Vice Chair, through July 2025.
Ms. Stanton has served on the FCRHA board since 2019. Originally appointed as Commissioner for the Sully District, she was elected Chair last year. Ms. Stanton has extensive experience in affordable housing, serving in various leadership positions at Freddie Mac for almost three decades.
Ms. Lardner was an FCRHA Commissioner from 2001 to 2015, and was reappointed in 2021 as Commissioner for the Mount Vernon District. She has served as FCRHA Vice Chair since 2023, and is a past Chair of the organization. Ms. Lardner is a nationally recognized landscape and planning architect who has served on multiple boards, authorities and commissions.
Ms. Stanton and Ms. Lardner are joined by a team of commissioners appointed by their local district supervisor.
