Amy Ginger, Deputy Director of the Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority, also graduates from esteemed program Leadership Fairfax

The Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) announces that Amy Ginger, Deputy Director, is the recent recipient of local and national industry leadership positions.

Nationally, Ms. Ginger was appointed vice president of the National Leased Housing Association (NLHA). NLHA officers represent experienced leaders from both public and private affordable housing organizations. NLHA is an affordable housing information and advocacy group focused on housing policy.

Locally, Ms. Ginger is a graduate of the Leadership Fairfax Institute, a program which brings together leaders from Fairfax County businesses for training and networking, with an aim to increase collaboration among local business leaders.

“In her role overseeing rental assistance, affordable housing operations, finance, and a myriad of other functions, Amy provides a backbone for much of our agency’s work. Her recent leadership accomplishments exemplify her dedication not only to creating a Fairfax County everyone can afford to call home, but also to making housing affordable across the country,” said Tom Fleetwood, Director, Fairfax County Department of Housing and Community Development.
