Visitors to the Fairfax County Government Center have likely noticed the construction taking place in the parking lot. The Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) and development partner Lincoln Avenue Communities are building the Residences at Government Center II, which brings affordable housing to the front yard of Fairfax County’s esteemed Government Center property.

When complete, Residences at Government Center II will provide 279 high-quality, affordable homes for families in the Braddock District and a daycare center. The project reimagines under-utilized parking lots as affordable homes.

The Residences at Government Center II is not yet accepting leases, nor is the developer currently collecting an interest list. Leasing information will be announced when it becomes available.
