The sections of the guide are as identified below:

· Fairfax County Rental Program (FCRP) Units

· Fairfax County Rental Program Senior Units – Independent Living

· Fairfax County Rental Program Senior Units – Assisted Living

Privately-Owned Housing

· Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Properties

· Affordable Dwelling Unit (ADU) Properties

· Workforce Dwelling Unit (WDU) Properties

NOTE: Vacancies at the properties listed in this guide are not guaranteed. Prospective tenants will need to contact the property individually to inquire about vacancies, application process and waitlists.
